Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all CHQ appointments and will be applied toward your service total.
Should your plans change, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your appointment may be rescheduled one time, and your deposit will transfer to your new reservation.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the full service amount.
Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another client.
